Professional Experience

Jenna uses both her JD and MBA to assist corporate and small business clients in a variety of areas including corporate governance and general contract law.  Jenna advises clients regarding corporate, limited liability companies and partnership laws, as well as the purchase, sale, lease or development of real estate.  Her specialty is drafting business contracts of all manners, from simple to complex.  Jenna has also assisted many non-profit entities in their corporate formation and governance, as well as advised on non-profit regulations.

Jenna Hite VonAhsen advises individuals in structuring their estate plans and assists in the preparation of their wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives.  She also assists trustees and personal representatives in carrying out administrative responsibilities of both trusts and estates including any modification or termination needed to best adhere to the wishes of the deceased.

Along with traditional office-based service, Jenna has served the community and the individual by offering at home estate planning meetings, a service which is particularly useful when personal or community health considerations are involved.

Additionally, Jenna uses both her JD and MBA (Creighton University ’07) to assist clients with needs spanning from corporate to agricultural settings, including succession planning for farms and other businesses.
